Responsibility
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, workflow diagrams, and reports.
- Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making and project planning.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the retail or hardware industry is an advantage.
