Responsibility
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and document findings to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and Mandarin-speaking clients or partners to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and action plans to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of business solutions to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
- Identify and assess risks, proposing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on business operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
