Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed user requirements for digital projects.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and designers, to define project scope and objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital innovation within the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and align stakeholders on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions.
- Support the implementation and rollout of new digital tools and platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or IT environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, UML).
- Experience conducting UAT and validating system functionality.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
