Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for government projects.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications using Agile methodologies.
- Manage project backlogs, sprint planning, and progress tracking in Jira.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align project goals with business objectives.
- Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and project governance frameworks.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments, preferably in government projects.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
