Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed business analysis documentation, including process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure deliverables meet business needs and align with strategic objectives.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and resolve complex business issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, process modeling, and requirements gathering.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
