Responsibility
- Provide expert financial advice and solutions to clients to meet their banking and investment needs.
- Conduct field visits to clients for loan collections, payment reminders, and account reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and report on collection activities, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess creditworthiness and recommend appropriate financial products.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports on collection metrics and client interactions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling banking products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and collection best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or collections within banking or financial services.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and field collections.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with financial software, CRM tools, and collection systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions in Bali.
- High ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
