Responsibility
- Develop and expand the customer base by conducting regular visits to hardware stores, construction sites, and retail outlets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including contractors, architects, and procurement managers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for building materials and related products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery, resolve customer inquiries, and address any issues.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, hardware, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and building materials market in Bali.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
