Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and upgrades.
- Implement and monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance and operational expenses.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Lead and train facility staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Liaise with tenants, property owners, and stakeholders to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
- Utilize Integrated Facility Services (IFS) systems to streamline operations and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and contractors.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in facility management software and IFS systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
