Alfamart is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Building Admin Manager (RME & PME) to join our team in Marilao, Bulacan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our facility's infrastructure. You will oversee the effective maintenance, repair, and engineering (RME) processes, as well as property management engineering (PME) standards, ensuring that our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You will lead a dedicated team, manage third-party vendors, and optimize facility performance to support Alfamartās mission of providing excellent service. Responsibility
- Lead the overall facility operations, focusing on RME (Repair, Maintenance, and Engineering) and PME (Property Management Engineering) workflows.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Supervise onsite technical teams and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor energy consumption and execute sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental health standards (EHS).
- Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and coordinate critical repairs to minimize operational downtime.
- Prepare regular facility reports, including budget forecasts and maintenance performance KPIs for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (Licensed Professional is highly preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in facility management, building administration, or property maintenance, preferably in retail or industrial settings.
- Strong technical expertise in building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external service providers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility risk management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Marilao, Bulacan.
