We are seeking a talented and disciplined Breakfast Buffet Sous Chef to elevate our guests' morning dining experience to new heights.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef to design diverse menu rotations, maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene, and lead a dedicated team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Responsibility
- Oversee all aspects of the daily breakfast buffet operations, ensuring seamless service and food consistency.
- Supervise, mentor, and train kitchen staff to uphold 5-star presentation and safety standards.
- Maintain tight inventory control to minimize food waste while ensuring high-quality fresh ingredients.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation practices, strictly adhering to NEA and internal HACCP guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to innovate and refresh buffet offerings periodically.
- Manage equipment maintenance and station organization to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant environment.
- Strong expertise in high-volume breakfast buffet production and presentation.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Officer certificate or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse kitchen teams.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent knowledge of international and local breakfast cuisine.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
