Responsibility
- Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns using the Braze platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyzing key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize effectiveness.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to refine messaging, timing, and audience segmentation for maximum engagement.
- Collaborate with creative, data, and product teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven, visually compelling, and technically sound.
- Maintain and update customer segments and audiences within Braze to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
- Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and Braze platform updates to leverage new features and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all campaign activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and customer engagement platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems to execute and track campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
