Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Lead the creation of brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, print, and experiential, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand integrity in all customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage brand budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spend for maximum impact.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to amplify brand reach and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in education, tech, or creative industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms.
