Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end community interaction across all digital platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Monitor and analyze social media KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and reach.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand visual and written content.
- Launch and oversee community-building initiatives, loyalty programs, and brand campaigns to drive customer retention.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community escalations, providing effective solutions that uphold brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in brand management, community building, or digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and social management tools.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
