As a Brand Ambassador, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns, engage with potential customers, and create memorable brand experiences. Responsibility
- Represent the brand professionally at events, promotions, and in-store activations across Bali.
- Engage with customers to educate them about our products/services and drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to improve brand strategies.
- Achieve monthly sales and membership growth targets.
- Maintain a positive and energetic presence to enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Knowledge of the local market in Bali is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
