Responsibility
- Drive membership sales by engaging with potential customers and promoting Anytime Fitness’s unique value proposition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and members.
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing events, promotions, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain a strong presence in the fitness community by attending local events and networking with potential members.
- Support administrative tasks, including membership sign-ups, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase brand awareness.
- Uphold the company’s standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (fitness industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks and CRM management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in fitness or sales are advantageous.
