Based in Baliâs most vibrant locationsâCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyondâyouâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, luxury-focused activations that captivate audiences and strengthen our market presence.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute brand activation strategies to enhance visibility and engagement in Baliâs luxury market.
- Plan and manage high-end events, including product launches, VIP gatherings, and experiential pop-ups.
- Oversee CRM initiatives to nurture client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all activations.
- Negotiate with vendors, venues, and partners to secure premium services within budget.
- Analyze event performance metrics and customer feedback to refine future strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in luxury retail and experiential marketing.
- Represent Flawless Diamonds at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand activation, event management, or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of executing high-profile events with measurable impact.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English (and Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for luxury branding and customer experience.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends for event execution.
