Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Monitor and drive branch performance to meet or exceed income, operational, and compliance targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to achieve high levels of productivity and engagement.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to enhance branch efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, including income tracking, compliance, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, customers, and senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with operational software.

- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
