Responsibility
- Lead and supervise branch staff, including technicians, sales associates, and administrative personnel, to ensure high productivity and service standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service, to maintain efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement branch strategies to meet sales targets, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, training, and coaching to foster team growth and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations for automotive glass installation and repair.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly to uphold brand reputation.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue tracking, and report to senior management.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to align branch operations with company-wide initiatives and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in automotive services, retail, or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of team motivation, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, sales operations, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software; familiarity with automotive glass systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet operational demands.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs in Bali is advantageous.
