Responsibility
- Assist in managing and organizing automotive parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
- Process customer orders, verify part numbers, and coordinate with suppliers to fulfill requests efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering expert advice on parts compatibility.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, shipments, and returns using digital or manual systems.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and internal departments.
- Conduct regular audits of parts inventory to identify discrepancies and report findings to management.
- Assist in preparing and packaging parts for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and generating reports for the parts department.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive parts, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts, terminology, and vehicle systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive studies is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
