Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the branch sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive customer acquisition and retention in the Bali region.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and performance of sales officers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve branch productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
