Responsibility
- Drive sales of banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and investment options, to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, account management, and post-sales support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Participate in branch meetings, training sessions, and sales campaigns to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using the bank’s CRM system.
- Adhere to banking regulations, compliance standards, and Security Bank’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or a related industry (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of financial products, such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with banking systems is an advantage.
