Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and personalized service.
- Promote and sell Security Bank’s financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions to meet their goals.
- Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer follow-ups.
- Assist customers with account openings, transactions, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate with the branch team to organize and participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and community events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation in compliance with bank policies.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new products to provide informed advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking, preferably in a retail or financial institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
