Responsibility
- Proactively identify and develop new client relationships to achieve branch sales targets.
- Promote and cross-sell a wide range of bank products, including deposit accounts, credit cards, and loans.
- Provide professional financial advice tailored to the unique needs of our customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the bank's CRM system.
- Coordinate with branch staff to streamline operations and enhance the overall client experience.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to boost the brand presence of Security Bank in Dipolog.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a banking-related environment is preferred (fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino/Local Dialect.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to be assigned in Dipolog City.
