Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing strategic initiatives and monitoring KPIs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Uphold brand standards in visual merchandising, store presentation, and customer engagement.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and business development strategies.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements in all branch activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or branch management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
