Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, administration, logistics, and quality control, to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive branch success.
- Lead, mentor, and train branch staff to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, HR, finance) to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and distribution to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or logistics management, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
