Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve performance targets.
- Drive sales growth through strategic promotions, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and vendor relationships.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product assortment and pricing.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in sports or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and customer service excellence.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
