Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and visual displays to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and the local community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in sports or fitness retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
