Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health/safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Drive promotional campaigns, in-store events, and marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic and brand visibility.
- Resolve escalated customer or operational issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
