Responsibility
- Supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist and mentor staff to enhance performance and maintain high productivity levels.
- Monitor and drive sales targets, implementing strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, resolving escalations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Branch Head to develop and execute business plans and operational improvements.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or IT sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and branch management software.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to handle escalations professionally.
- Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.
