Responsibility
- Lead and manage branch operations to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to ensure high performance and customer service excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Retail Manager, or similar leadership role in the mobile/tech industry.
- Strong sales and customer service background with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in inventory management, financial reporting, and business operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and local business environment is highly desirable.
