Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align branch goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a wholesale or large-scale retail environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Bali is a plus.
