Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure product availability.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
