Responsibility
- Lead and supervise all branch operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Oversee a team of healthcare professionals, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and development opportunities.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.
- Ensure rigorous quality control in laboratory processes, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Manage daily administrative and financial activities, including budgeting, inventory control, and reporting.
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and patient care.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Branch Manager, Lab Supervisor).
- Proven track record in sales growth, team leadership, and operational optimization within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality control, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, local health authorities).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and healthcare management software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
