Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive branch growth and customer acquisition.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee all promotional activities, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and revenue goals.
- Manage branch budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and local communities.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in the telecom or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as needed.
