Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive branch profitability, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Oversee daily banking transactions, loan processing, and account management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, local businesses, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and local financial regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver high-quality service and achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Collaborate with regional management to report on branch performance and propose improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in branch management, sales, and customer service within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, banking software, and CRM systems.
