Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the furniture retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to optimize sales.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all store operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home solutions industry.
