Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards of customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Analyze financial reports, control expenses, and optimize profitability for the branch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the branch’s competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a Branch Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not already based there).
