Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and profitability for the branch.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.

Qualifications
