Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for branch management executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation, adhering to company policies and data protection standards.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.
- Monitor and track branch-related expenses, budgets, and administrative processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Provide proactive administrative support to enhance productivity and decision-making for the management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in retail or corporate settings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
