Responsibility

  • Branch Profitability & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed financial targets, including deposit growth, loan disbursements, and fee-based income.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring personalized service and retention.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional performance, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with BDO’s policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks to mitigate operational risks.
  • Marketing & Business Development: Identify and capitalize on local market opportunities, including partnerships with businesses and community initiatives.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive adoption of BDO’s digital banking platforms to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent BDO in local business forums, government agencies, and industry events to strengthen the bank’s reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven Leadership: Minimum of 8+ years in banking, with at least 3 years in a branch management or senior leadership role.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of banking products, credit analysis, and financial statements.
  • Sales & Relationship Skills: Track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Bank Indonesia (BI) regulations and compliance standards.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in digital banking tools and data analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
