Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily branch financial operations, including collections, disbursements, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for branch performance.
- Monitor cash flow, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to branch management for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Certification such as CPA or similar is a plus.
