Responsibility
- Handle daily cash collections and disbursements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform reconciliations of cash, checks, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries related to financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Assist in the preparation of branch financial statements and audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a new work environment.
