Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end processes for Modern Trade and General Trade Accounts in the assigned branch.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve any issues or inquiries promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional activities and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Conduct regular market visits to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
