Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (chat, email, and voice) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by following established protocols and product guidelines.

  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.

Qualifications
