Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (chat, email, and voice) with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by following established protocols and product guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Adapt to new tools, software, and processes as our service offerings evolve.
Qualifications
- Open to high school graduates, senior high school graduates, or college undergraduates.
- No prior BPO experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
