Responsibility
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving monthly/quarterly targets, including commission-based incentives.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver high-end client engagement and brand representation.
- Manage inventory, including stock ordering, visual merchandising, and seasonal collections to align with brand standards.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies (e.g., events, social media collaborations) to attract high-net-worth clients and tourists.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, offering personalized styling and follow-up to foster loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion or boutique environments.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing P&L for a retail store.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and engage clients.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising, inventory control, and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, e.g., Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Passion for fashion trends, customer service, and brand storytelling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a high-traffic retail setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related fields preferred.
