Responsibility
- Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM models are accurate and clash-free.
- Conduct regular model reviews and audits to identify and resolve conflicts or discrepancies.
- Generate and update BIM documentation, including drawings, reports, and project deliverables.
- Assist in the implementation of BIM standards and best practices across project teams.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure BIM processes align with project timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Specialist or similar role, preferably in the construction or design industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working remotely or in a distributed team is a plus.
