As a BIM Modeler / Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing BIM models to support the entire project lifecycle—from design and planning to execution and handover. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination, clash detection, and data integration, ultimately delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibility
- Develop, manage, and maintain accurate BIM models for construction projects using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM models align with project requirements and design intent.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and mitigate potential conflicts in the design and construction phases.
- Generate and update construction drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models to support project execution.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings to review models, address issues, and ensure seamless collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and update BIM models to reflect changes, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, workflows, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650, AIA BIM protocols).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Experience working on projects in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus.
