Responsibility
- Process and verify incoming order transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare, review, and distribute billing documents, including invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Ensure all billing documentation is organized, filed, and easily accessible.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
