Responsibility
- Process and manage billing and invoicing for principals and stakeholders with high accuracy.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support terminal office operations efficiently.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and statements on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and receipts.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
