Responsibility
- Process and verify billing invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for billing cycles.
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing transactions and client accounts.
- Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of billing process improvements and automation.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to address billing inquiries and concerns.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
